Please read our terms and conditions below carefully to ensure that we are the right B&B for you.

We are non smoking and as we own a curious cat and have dogs to stay Angel House may not be suitable for people with pet allergies or phobias. We are happy to accept guests with a well behaved house trained dog at a cost of £5 per dog per stay.

Due to the house having many steps and a pond in the garden it is unsuitable for young children, therefore we don’t normally accept children under the age of 8.

Deposits

In order to guarantee a reservation we ask for a deposit of £25 which will be returned if you have to cancel as long as you provide us with more than 4 week’s notice. However, if cancellation occurs within the 4 weeks prior to arrival the deposit cannot be refunded.

How To Pay Your Deposit and Balance

Unfortunately we are currently unable to accept credit or debit card payments. Therefore, please send a cheque for your deposit to our address on the contacts page. Your balance can be settled by cash or cheque.

Check In and Departure Times

Check in is normally after 3pm but alternative arrangements can usually be accommodated. We ask that guests vacate their rooms by 10.30 on day of departure. If you plan to arrive after 6pm please let us know so that we can arrange our evening accordingly.
